  • 4 Steps

About

Course Overview Breakups can activate deep fears of abandonment, rejection, and unworthiness—especially if those wounds trace back to earlier experiences of loss or invalidation. This 4-week plan uses Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to help you regulate emotions, tolerate distress, and rebuild self-trust after relational loss. Each week builds upon the previous one: Week 1: Grounding & Surviving the Shock Week 2: Emotion Regulation & Self-Compassion Week 3: Interpersonal Effectiveness & Boundaries Week 4: Moving Forward & Reconnecting Each module includes psychoeducation, daily practices, skill worksheets, and reflection prompts.
