High-quality mental health care requires flexibility, time, and individualized treatment. Insurance companies place limits on session length, treatment approaches, and the pace of care. By operating outside insurance networks, I can provide personalized, science-driven care that prioritizes your needs rather than billing requirements.
Out-of-Network Support
While we do not bill insurance directly, many patients choose to submit sessions for out-of-network reimbursement. We can provide detailed receipts and documentation to support this process.

​Benefits of Not Using Insurance
You won’t have a diagnosis label permanently attached to your health record.
You can still get help and feel better even if you don't have a formal mental health condition.
Your records are protected, which means all information about you, including very personal information, cannot be obtained by the insurance company.
Your care is not dictated by the insurance company but by the collaborative efforts formed by my professional education, training, and expertise, and your personal preferences and goals.

Creative Writing for Emotional Resilience ™ (CWER)
CWER is a literary coaching program created by Dr. Parisi. Although inspired by principles found in evidence-based psychotherapies, such as written exposure and narrative approaches, CWER is not a form of therapy. Instead, it offers a primarily self-guided writing journey designed for anyone seeking to deepen their emotional insight through personal storytelling.
Throughout the program, participants will craft a written work featuring a main character inspired by themselves. By the end of the experience, this manuscript can be self-published if desired.
Because CWER is a coaching service rather than clinical treatment, it is available to individuals nationwide. Please note: All coaching services are non-refundable. Missed appointments will be charged at the full session rate.

The Calm Night Method™ (TCNM)
TCNM is a structured, sleep-focused program created by Dr. Parisi to help individuals develop a calmer, more regulated relationship with sleep. Inspired by evidence-based sleep science and nervous-system approaches—including CBT-I–informed strategies and polyvagal theory—TCNM provides practical tools to reduce nighttime stress, improve sleep confidence, and support more restorative rest.
