Service Description
This is a brief follow up appointment for those taking medications prescribed by Dr. Pennington in Oregon, Washington, Washington DC, and Nevada where she is licensed as an Independent Nurse Practitioner. This is for EXISTING PATIENTS ONLY! Do not book this appointment if you are a new patient.
Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours' notice to reschedule any appointment. Failure to give sufficient notice will result in a late cancelation penalty of the full cost of the session.
